Flexible Conveyors
Vehicle Loading Conveyors are a vital piece of equipment used to efficiently load or un-load lose items into vehicles or containers. These units speed up the loading process while reducing the amount of operators required to complete a specific task.
These reductions lead to long term costs savings while improving the ergonomics of the loading process. The task of unlading a 40ft container can take less than two hours and can be easily carried out by one operator.
Powered Flexible Conveyor
Although this type of conveyor is specifically designed to load or unload loose items into vehicles or containers, it has proved its versatility in many other areas and can be used instead of or in conjunction with fixed conveyors.
This conveyor comes complete with its own control panel and requires no installation. The conveyor can be plugged into a standard 220/240 supply and is ready to use. It can be manoeuvred into almost any shape and can be moved easily to different loading bays or other facilities. Gravity roller and skatewheel conveyors are also available.
